Is there a contract?

No. It's month to month. If you ever feel you're not getting enough out of it, send a text and it's cancelled. No notice period, no exit fee.

What happens in the free 30 days?

Everything. Your website goes live, your Google profile gets sorted and your review texts start going out. You only start paying £150 a month once the 30 days are up, and you can cancel before then without paying anything.

I already have a website. Can you still help?

Yes. Send it over and we'll be honest about whether it's holding you back. If it's doing its job, we'll focus on your reviews and Google profile instead.

Is asking for reviews allowed by Google?

Yes. Google is happy for businesses to ask customers for reviews. What it doesn't allow is paying for reviews, offering anything in return, or only asking the customers you think will be happy. Our texts are a simple, polite ask with a link, which is exactly what Google recommends.

Do I need to be good with computers?

Not at all. If you can send a text, you can use the review app. Everything else is done for you, and you can reach us by text or WhatsApp whenever you need something.

How quickly will I see results?

Reviews usually start coming in within the first week or two of sending requests. Moving up Google takes longer, typically a few months, and depends on your area, your trade and how many customers you ask. We'll never promise you a set position, because nobody honestly can.

What do I need to give you?

Just the short form: your business details, the areas you cover, some photos of your work if you have them and access to your Google profile. If you don't have a Google profile yet, we'll help you set one up.
